I just wanted to give the timeline on this:
2nd FP on February 3rd
1LUD on the same day.
1LUD on the 4th.
1LUD on the 9th.
1 NOID on the 11th they mixed my file with a religious worker.Can u believe that shit??????
1 pissed off applicant and lawyer on their with a threat of WOM.
On the 18th approved by the grace of God.
I would like to extend many thanks to my lawyer for all she did.She is unfortunately retiring otherwise I would have recommended her.She was a junkyard dog.
I am crying as I am writing this: All the thanks and the blessings for my family overseas that always prayed for me and supported me in my agonizing wait.I will go see them after 10 years and visit my grandmother's grave peace be upon her.

Topic: After 2nd FP, LUD; former and old message!..
I got 1 LUD the same day of 2nd FP and another LUD next day.It means that an I/O looked at your file and since you are current your case is ready for adjudication.When the officer notices that your fP is more than 15 months old, he orders a new set of prints to go forward with the case.

Obviously they fucked up again.Maybe the folder has my name and A number but the content is from somebody else.
Had they have the right paperwork they would have seen my I140 and notice that I don't work for a church but rather for a F500 company and that it was approved a while ago!!!As far as my name being similar to somebody else I hardly doubt that as my name is fairly unique.

Do you guys know if the A number should be the same on my I140 and I485 or they should be different?
My A number is the same on my EAD I485 and FP notices.The I 140 has a different A number .Then I noticed that the NOID notice A number has only 8 digits instead of the 9 usual digits?!!!!! |

Yesterday I got NOID.It seems that they swapped my file with somebody else.They are asking me to provide them with a letter from a church????
I am not a religious worker.I am EB3 ROW .Anybody had any similar experience.NOID had my personal info but was describing somebody else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is this ground for WOM???
