This is Trackitt for Infomation share for GC applicant.
Dear mygctrack, I am one of the several users who visit trackitt and IV on a daily basis and learned a lot. I believe both trackitt and IV are "for" GC applicants. I think this thread is also valuable to several trackitt members, so I don't understand your point. May be you are close to getting your GC and don't care about others.
Whether it is a propaganda or whatever, just let it go and take it easy...:-) |

BTW, how did you call FBI and find out your name check status and FP results. Is there a CS number. Could you please share the info ?

My wife went to India via ansterdam with an expired H1 visa as she was planning to renew her H1 visa in India. However she had advance travel parole and H1-B extension.
During her onward journey to India, they did ask her about the H1B visa expiration. She showed the travel parole and H1B extension. Probably the travel parole with H1B extension helped her, I am not sure. Just wanted to share our experience.

I-140 Premium Processing Reportedly Reinstated 07/16/2008 for Certain Limited Situation That Need 104(c) H-1B Extension
* AILA has reported that USCIS will resume I-140 PPS in limited circumstances. According to the report PPS should be available for those beneficiaries whose H will expire within 60 days of filing the request, and who need the I-140 approval to become eligible for that additional H time. Please stay tuned for the official notice of the USCIS.
