My spouse EAD approved for one year. It wad approved after 139 days. My 140 was approved in oct 2007. EB2 June 2004. Most of th epeople getting EAD with 2 years. Any idea.

We are waiting for EAD since May 30th. Two Infopass appoinrments. 1 Service request. 3 customer service calls. Still waiting. I am continueing with my H1B, My spouse not able to work.

I received Hard LUD on 8/18 RFE received, Then SOFT LUDs on 19, 20, and 25.
