Hi, once you wrote to the Ombudsman did they respond to you indicating that they will look into your case? If so, how much time after you received such e-mail that your case got approved? I have followed the right protocol before contacting the ombudsman and have received an e-mail that they see that I have done all that I could and they will take up my case with the USCIS and get back to me. Is that a response that everyone gets or it's for the cases that get selected? Any information will help.
