Topic: Urgent help. Wife H4 to keep or not?

Me and my wife are having EAD and our I-140 is approved. 485 is still pending in EB3 cat. My employer is working on my H1B extension documents. They can also apply for H4 for my wife but I've to pay around $1000 fee(to the law firm). I'm thinking of not continuing her H4 for now and let it go since she already has EAD . In the worst case I can also apply for her AP. Is this a right idea or Is it wrong she not having H4 when i'm continuing on H1B ? pls advice asap. thanks.

41 cases - NSC - EB3 cases - non concurrent - more than 400 days old. isn't this too much of a waiting time ?

4 are south korea
6 philippines
2 china
1 japan
1 hungary
1 pakistan
all other India (one id has not mentioned country)
