Hello,
I have a quick question. I'm on an H1 visa, a week ago I filed my I-140 with I 485 and a EAD and I-131. Is my status now is Perm pending OR I'm still H1 ..
When is it I don't need to care more about my H1 status... some people said when I receive the receipt for my I-140 and some others say when I actually receive my work permit.

Please Help and Advise ...
my perm was filed May 11 08 ...according to my attorney case still pending and he has not received any thing from DOL. it is now 130 days. what should I do..I noticed that on trackitt all cases are to be certified audit or denied within 122 days max. what this means to my case. the attorney already sent an email and received same generic response that case is still pending. case was originally filed at the Chicago center. any feedback |
