Topic: Can someone receive a F1 Student visa after finishing high school in the us

I don't know if thats the right place to put this discussion but i really need some information from anyone who can help. I was wonder can someonewho has completed high school in the States be ableto get an F1 student visa upon completion and how is this possible. I have read in my resent research on this that if one has over stayed on a visting visa this is impossible. My sister graduated from high school up here and is currently looking to obtain one i am very skeptic about it and was wondering if the same process with interviews will be done and if she willbe deported if she has to go to an interview. Your answers to my question will be very appreciated thanks in advance.

It is so amazing that so many people that have applied in the same time frame as me at MSC have gotten their EAD and AP.

Here is my time frame:

package I-485/I-130/I131/ I-765 received on June 13

Fingerprint appointment: July 09

EAD still pending called uscis was told its gonna be another sixty days

everything else is still pending

how unfair
