When will EB3I June 2009 PD become current ? Is it fair to assume it will take 1-2 years.

Topic: May VB prediction

Hi there,

I have an EB3 PD of June 2009. Would like to know if my filing date will be current this year. Been with same employer as FTE since 10+ years. Really hoping for the EAD.

Are you working in EVC or FTE ? Is this based on PERM or I-140 ?

It didn't work for me, ie adding 0 as AGI. Looks like I have to file through paper.

Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

Sorry for posting this question again, no one seem to discuss this earlier and would like to clear this question.

Can anyone answer if one can apply for h4ead and then travel out of country. I have not seen any faqs on this so far from uscis or from immigration attorneys. Kindly answer this, thanks in advance.

OTHER RESOURCES FOR H4 EAD QUESTIONS

I have learned a lot from this thread on H4 EADs and I have also done searches on the web for some answers.

Here is a list of the other good sites I found with discussing H4 EADs for those of us who enjoy reading more about the rule. These three sites are also the sites I see most mentioned on Trackitt! Much of the info on these websites have been discussed in this thread, but it is not always easy to search back through Trackitt!

The Oh Law Firm has a single page with 36 H4 EAD questions with answers. Most of the basic H4 EAD information is answered here. Some of the answers contain good discussions. http://www.immigration-law.com/2015%20H-4%20EAD...

Austin & Ferguson LLC has Professor Austin who blogs on the details of the H4 EAD rule, and he has exposed many H4 EAD issues not mentioned on other sites. Since his blog covers many different immigration topics, this link will take you directly to only H4 EAD posts. http://austinferguson.blogspot.com/search/label...

Also, Attorney Austin plans to take live questions from readers on his blog later this week.

The Murthy Law Firm also does regular postings on immigration topics, including H4 EADs. Just like I did above, here is a link that takes you to the search results for H4 EAD discussions. http://www.murthy.com/?s=H4+EAD&submit.x=10&...
There are not many recent items on H4 EADs, but they are still interesting.

What we really need is for the government to issue their FAQs and the new Form I-765. The FAQs will be published somewhere at uscis.gov, and the new form will eventually be found at www.uscis.gov/i-765.

These are the three websites I found for original discussion and did not only repeat government press releases. I would be happy to hear if there are others worth reading.

Yonis

Some IdiXX has started a petition against H4 EAD ....by the language used in petition definitely seems to be a Desi and the points he has highlighted, actually these fake resumes he is talking about is done by people who come to US for studying.... 90% of them do this kind of stuff, probably he has done the same thing for getting a job

I see Mr RK Sharma in the list.

Am i dreaming? let say they capture "unused" visa then how far EB will get benefits, I meant EB-3

This is an awesome news, if its true. EB2-I will be current and EB-I will move to 2010s if this happens.

I read the contents, not sure how it is a positive sign. I do really hope that this gets passed before year end.
Can anyone explain the contents of the oh law firm posting today ?

So, based on the document and the rule process, is there any chance this rule comes into effect by Summer 2014.
That will be a big help to many H1-H4 families.
