question: I saw you had your case transfered to local office.Did you get the approval without interview? or you just forgot to upload you interview experince?
My case was transfered aswell and I'm curious if is posible to get the approval without interview.

great post, I was looking to find a post like this several months ago when I was in the same position. I came in US 3 years ago with a B1/B2 visa and then I have extended my status 3 times and got an H1B so I had couple of I-94s. I gave them the first and the last one(H1B). I came back after a month with AP - no problems at the port of entry because of that.

Well not quite true. My case was directly transfer to a local office, so I don't think the NBC schedule the interviews.

Not yet, my case is pending at Chicago Field office. Today I sent in the RFE answer for my wife case and I look to see activity on our cases. Most likely they will schedule an interview for us.

Topic: Confusion about USCIS I-485 Processing date

Well, I'm in the same boat EB2 ROW. I filled the papers on April08 and I got the I140 approved in Aug even the processing time for I140 was March 08. I can't complain about that :).In sept they touched my case(and dependent's case) and I saw soft LUD and then they transfer the cases to a field office. 1 day after transfer my wife gets an RFE which I have to send in these days.
The bottom line is, if your category is current (EB2ROW in this case) you can be approve even the processing time show someting else.
I recommend you to read the AdrianMutu post regarding Processing Times.

well, right now I'm waiting for the RFE to arrived. I'm not sure what an Infopass can do at this moment, not sure what to ask, why they move the case? or can I ask them if they will send an interview notice?:)
