Topic: EAD filing issue

I filed my EAD extension on june 13th. I check got encashed and got the LIN# from the back of the encashed check. I havent recived the receipts. Should I wait or call USCIS (nebraska). Did anyone have the same experience?

Congrats Permie,

questions to folks here, how do you push a lazy Attorney to do the needful "to pursue USCIS when USCIS refuses to accept the CC request".

now that my Attorney has all the money ( including the money for Ac21 I filed the paper work for) claims it has done everything that could be done, fell it is like a bs, what else can the Attorney's office do.

Sort of having a thought freeze due to the frustration, so hoping you have a suggestion.

can u ask him to give you a copy of what was provided to USCIS

Topic: EAD LIN # or SRC # for EAD extension

I recently sent my application for an EAD extension (paper). I havent received a receipt. My Check got encashed. It has a LIN# on the back as opposed to an SRC#. Did u guys get a LIN # as well.
Also Do I need to get finger printing done for paper based applications?

Topic: good news for some if true

The USCIS is just freak, how could they re-initiate the premium service for I-140 with guzellions of cases are not adjucated yet and most of them have already passed the 6th year. I am in 10th year and not having I-140 cleared yet. If they are really worried for 6th year then clear all the cases for them who have passed their 6th year already. It does not make sense to me with having a big back log and starting preimium service for new cases. I am feeling very thrashed. GOD just delivers us, please.

Thats what I tought as well........It was published some where lese that people with 6 yrs of h1b could get a GC in 15 days for a premiun of $1000 provided there visas are expiring in 60 days or so...I will see if I can find that article...
