Topic: different A numbers
Guys
Don't worry take my case example.
My I-140 and I-485 have different A# numbers. My I-140 filed and approved at Texas. and I-485 is applied and approved at NSC.
USCIS will consalidate the A# numbers.
Only thing i did is to call the cust service and they did understand the situation and connected me to some second level support and second level support told me that i sould not be worried on this situation |

My case status changed to "Document mailed to applicant" on Oct 3rd. This was a hard LUD and I did not get any email either. I did not have any LUD's on my 485 since Jan 08 after FP. I called customer service and they have no idea, what document it is.There is soft LUD on Oct 4th and 6th. Anyone in the same boat? thank

Hmm... Did you see a status saying approval notice mailed? I was under the impression that the order is as follows (please correct me if I am wrong):
(i) approval notice mailed
(ii) CPO
(iii) welcome notice mailed
it makes sense to me as first it is approved, then card is ordered and finally card is mailed. Of course, with USCIS there is no logic, some might say

this is want my analysis
for NSC : One will only get approval mail (there will be no CPO and Welcome notice mails)
for TSC : One will get CPO and Welcome notice mails
for my EAD extension filed at TSC I got CPO and Approval notice mails
for my EAD filed first time at NSC I only got Approval notice mail.
Again what i found may not be true but I notices this similarity with lot of my friends. |

Don't worry about prev employer if you passed 180 days mark after filing your 485. even though you get NOID/denial from USCIS they will approve if you prove that you are job and responsibilities are in the order of the Labor petition and show them the AC21 clause.
Comes to I-140 revoking by Prev employer there may be many reasons for them to withdraw the petition some listed below
1) Greed that you no longer workingearning money for them
2) if they withdrew I-140 they can show the A2P to USCIS for some new employee they are applying the GC
I know that the NOID/Denial will cause lot of tension and pain but at the end you will get approved. |
