Topic: April 2008 Visa Bulletin OUT
It could be legit, but the fact that other indian consulates are not showing it and the VB here is not out yet... i would just not be convinced until i see the real deal. anyway if this is on in mumbai the real one should be out later today
Its out in chennai consulate(India) too, although not as a visa bulletin. check the interview schedule for april 2008, in chennai, its full of Eb2, search for E2(i.e eb2). If it would've been Unavailable for EB2 like previous visa bulletins, then there would be no interview dates for EB2. So for sure the dates have moved forward. Consulates gets the VB earlier. I am CP candidate, been thru the processor over 5 yrs, so know CP process as well as AOS process thoroughly and the VB dates for both AOS and CP are the same, and is generated by DOS.

We should go in for a class action lawsuit to recapture the visa nos. Most of the ppl be it ROW, India, china, mexico, phillipines would benefit, if we could get back the wasted visa nos. I don't beleive in lobbying much, it hasn't worked till date, Lawsuit would get results. Its no use wasting our lives because of something virtual like visa number. |

Yeah..even the current administration was pro-immigration, and till now what has really happened, nothing!!! And anyways the way the economy is faring right now, whoever gets elected would concentrate on that issue rather than immigration. And if immigration does get noticed it will be only after initial 12 months or so....so no policy changes atleast till 2010. |

With all this new chaos everyday, with VB being so unpredictable, with ever changing set of rules for USCIS...lets predict by when we could finally get our Green card application adjudicated. Since most of us are going to be here for a good while, lets see who gets it right in the end..:)
Starting with me, its EB2 india PD dec 2002, I am expecting to get my GC by 2009 November..:) |

I dont know why you would keep on posting such questions. I dont think anyone on this forum could predict when dates could become current. You can go ahead and search through all the theories laid out on previous threads and beat yourself to death but everyone knows however much you theorize, try to get a remote idea, try to get some idea you will never be able to predict when someone may/may not become current.
First of all, this is my first post, its not that I've kept on asking such Q's over and over again. Second of all, if you look at this particular thread its about predictions and theories behind such predictions, and 4yr- 5yr theroies sound quite convincing, theoritically. And third of all, Trackitt and such forums doesn't just serve the purpose of sharing information, it also serves the purpose of being an Agony Aunt, ppl do share their worries, desperation and its an outlet for the pain most of the ppl are going through. And if you go to see, ppl are looking for information, a pattern, so that they can predict what might await them, out here in terms of immigration.
So Dude, if you find all this annoying avoid the thread and Chill Out!!!! |

What abt EB2 india, with PD dec 2002? How long can it take from now on? I am a CP case, file reached mumbai in OCT 2007, and dates retrogated in dec 2007. So I just need the dates for me to be open for a month or two, to get through. So what do you'll predict, how soon will my dates be current? |
