Topic: Canadian Birth Certificate

Thanks for your feedback. I'll order it right away. I am disappointed that my high paid attorney did not know this.

Topic: Canadian Birth Certificate

I've read that you need a "full" page birth certificate to get a I 485 approved. I only submitted the wallet size version. This is all I have ever had. Has anyone got an approval with the wallet size?

Topic: PORTING OFF AN UNAPPROVED I-140 - Anyone can share experiences?

pjalan and others: Can you give me some details as to what is in a AC21 package? My last day with my sponsoring employer is today. My employer said they will keep my I-140 and I-145 process going. If there is a request for info they will contact me and reply. I will be starting with a new company July 31st. Do I need to do anything? I am an EB2 from Canada that filed Aug 17, 2007.

Topic: How often do you check?

Check both sites once a day. It gives me hope that one day I will be released from this current job and get a real job at a market salary.

Topic: NSC I-140

When I look a the monthly report and filter approved EB2's for the NCS it shows that 48% of June's are approved and 10% of July's. I am I reading this right? Also, what is a LUD and how do I check if I recieved one? Thanks

Topic: What month NSC processing?

The information on this web site shows EB2's that were filed in June 2007 being approved by the NSC. Can anyone explain why the Government web site shows them processing applications recieved in January 2007? My application was mailed on August 14th. I recieved a notice stating they recieved my application on October 10th. What date do I use to track my case?
