We both are in same boat.
Well I had Interview on Jully , 2006 at Fresno office as well . I got the same paper like you on the interview about further review of eligibility. after almost 1.5 years of interview in March , 2008 Immigration visit at my home too....... I was at work and my wife was at home that time... he asked some genrel question and then he left. we were hoping we will get approved soon... but till now we are still waiting on it. case is still pending .... |

hopefully WOM will work for us. I talked to me lwayer yestreday and he went to local office to check the status of my case . IO told to my lawyer the case is on hold for additional review( 3rd Agency ) probably marriage fraud agency . he said he will file wom in disrict court soon hopefully judge will grant petition in my favour. |

My case has been delayed for 3 years. Yesterday I met to Lawyer and he said he will go to local immigration to investigate on my pending AOS and he said if there is unnecessary cause of delay then he will file WOM at Federal court.

In past I made few SR and got response saying " Backgrounds checks pending"
Few days back i made another service request and got a response saying " We are actively processing yours case however we have to perform additional review on this case"
So, I am wondering is that mean my backgrounds checks are completed and they need some time to review it ? How long usually it takes for additional review ? or its just another B**t |

well I got call from uscis in march and that time the # showed on my cell phone it was " 202" so it could be possibe its from uscis. |

Topic: EAD Applied more than 120 days in Adance by mistake
Dont worry it happened with me too my EAD was going to expire on may 30th and I apply for renewal on Jan 8 . it was 4 months 22 days before the orignal expire but you know what my 2nd time EAD got approved on march 10.
so i dont think there will be any problem. |
