Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

Respected official,

2.US IT industry is controlled by Indians from only two states in India, Tamil Naidu and Andhra pradesh, as you know India is a diverse country with different languages and cultures with lot of discrimination and infighting among various sections.

Come on , Tamil Naidu ?, you must be kidding right? Looks like you skipped your medication today

Topic: FNU issue in I797

Yes you can work with your existing 797.
But you will face FNU issues when you apply for your drivers license or i485 if you are eligible to apply.
If you are okay, then get your passport corrected, and wait for your next h1 extension, and apply with your corrected passport name. I actually did this, waited for my next h1 extension cycle and now my name is all corrected
Hope this helps

Topic: FNU issue in I797

Change your name in your passport first. Usually this is a simple process. Then proceed with submitting an amendment to your I-797
I changed the order of my first and middle names, and my wife had a similar FNU problem
We resolved it by correcting it in our passports first.

Also if the company is really looking for experiance candidates, they can always do a background check and find out the "Real" Experiance and deny the fake experiance candidates...

Sometimes, our hiring manager adds the term 'background check' to the job desc, this simple action weeds out the body shop guys as they are sh1t scared of background checks

Topic: 221G and Project moved to offshore

(I know this first hand because I am renting a place in Mumbai suburbs currently, which is valued more than my bigger condo in a much nicer place near Washington DC even after doing a pure dollar to rupee conversion). My brother owned a BPO for the last decade and his margins have continuously declined (so much so, that he is liquidating his business and going back to being a corporate executive).

Yea, a Mumbai apartment costing more than 10 crores. Its a joke, cos you will have to fight with power cuts and water problems

Topic: April Visa Bulletin Predictions

My PD is May 24 2010. I somehow feel that movement are becoming thinner day by day and there is definite chance USCIS will have 50-60k application including 2009 and 2010 first 4 months filers as they had 30k EB2 till Jan. Spillover no is expected around 25k usual in 2012. So it will take 2 fiscal year to clear the queue itself. Only ray of hope this someone got NVC notice with 30 June 2010 PD. NVC issues notice atleast 6 months prior of becoming current. At this point though this is a lighter statement that 2010 first 4 months PD holders are real lucky - withing just 2 years they got a chance to file 485. I am praying for 1 month movement atleast.

Can some one point out the source/link of when a NVC fee notice for PD June 30 2010 was issued?
