Topic: Time lines for a case to be selected for audit

I mean it is the later option from your post. Case can be audited anytime before its adjudicated, people have got cases audited even two times before aodjudicated. There is no limit how soon you ll get audit notice (if you get it). I do not think 45 days , is a long wait. I got audited after 3 months (and still pending). So hope you won't get audited

ditto here guys. My perm EB2 applied in June mid. and Audit replied was made in Nov Mid. nearly two months will be passed since then. No reply yet. indeed looks like atlanta is a sleeping cell, Must be old white ladies working there.

DOL atlanta is taking enormous amount of time lately. My attorney replied the audit on Nov16 still waiting.
You can check the status on dol site if your employer makes an login id for you. or you can just ask the attorney to know the status. its nothing more than on word on dol site. "In Process" or "Certified" etc..

There is no trend as far as I know. I see people get it certified in 2 months and some in 4 months with no audits. so I don't know how can you say that they are processing Aug case
