90 days from notice date will be horrible - My H1 ran out and I am waiting for the EAD to start working. My CRIS system is still showing error messages. Good luck to us!

Receipt date Aug 9th; notice date october 15th - CRIS still shows as invalid receipt number - called INS and confirmed that receipt number is ok - still waiting.......H1 expiring coming monday......

I called USCIS this morning - level one did not find the receipt and trasferred me to a higher level - she said that the receipt number was valid but could say nothing more - asked me to wait another month! :(

I received a 765 reciept notice (receipt date August 9th) but the receipt number is still not recognized by the USCIS website tracking - anyone else in the same boat? My H-1 expires in 2 weeks too!
