Topic: Question regarding invoking AC21 - H1B extension pending

Thank you so much...I really appreciate your help.....my new employer said according to their corporate policy they don't file H1B.....

The offer is very lucrative and attractive....that's why I am thinking of accepting this job offer (same or similar job like my current one)....now I don't know how long I have to wait for this H1B extension to get approved....and I don't know how to kill time before accepting the offer (and waiting for the H1B)...So, right now I am in a great dilemma.....whether to take this job offer with a little bit of a risk...or to reject this offer altogether.

Topic: Question regarding invoking AC21 - H1B extension pending

Will I be in problem? - my case is as follows :

1) I applied for I485 in mid July....So, 6 months of pending I485 is already over
2) my current employer (say A) applied my H1B extension in August 07 and it's still pending.
3) my H1B and I-94 got expired on September 07, but still my status is legal since H1b extension is pending.
4) Now I got an offer from company B provided I have to use EAD and AC21
5) The moment I will inform company A, they will probably revoke the H1b extension application

Now my question is whether revoking that H1B extension application will make my stay from Oct till date illegal??

"Diversity" - this "politically correct" term in the immigration system helps the law makers to ensure that only one race that is powerful today, will remain powerful in future. It's a very good tool to camouflage the actual non-"diverse" non-"equal-opportunity" facade of this country.

Topic: No approval for India lately!!!!

I haven't been seeing any approval for India lately...does that mean they already approved all the cases with the pd older than the pd cutoff date for India? If that is the case then we must see a huge advancement of PD cutoff date for India in the next VB...What do you guys think about it?
