Topic: RFE for non-current PD??

USCIS will move the 485 processing date forward in coming months but will the applicants from india/china whose PD retrogressed continue to get RFEs?? or they will throw the file into storage

Topic: I-485 RFE for Birth Certificate. Please help.

This is strange since you already submitted the Non-availability certificate and affidavits. Do you have indian motor driving license ?? It will have DOB and Father's name. Not sure mother's name. Many times documents in india has father's name as "son/daughter of XXXXX".

Topic: possible slowdown reason

FIFO is good if they followed regular PD cutoff dates but now people with PD 2002 and beyond have to wait behind PD 2006 folks just because they send the 485 application 20 -30 days late during july fiasco. Hmmm

Topic: Looks like VISA numbers over for India/China EB2 - some memo

Did the memo state that unused ROW visa numbers are also over for this year ?? because india/china are getting those numbers.

Topic: Interesting situation on concurrent filing.. anyone on the same boat?

NSC accepted my 485 application using old I-140 priority date. If your old 140 is valid and your current I-140 is approvable then you file I-485

Topic: Receipt No's in Sequential Order????

This is my take. Looking at NSC approvals, the likelihood of getting 485 approval is more for people whose PD is old or I-140 has been approved prior to may 30, 2008. Ofcourse NC should have already been cleared. It might become more random in coming weeks.

Topic: EB3ROW UNITE. Why spillover to EB2 India and China and not EB3 ROW.

Please use this forum for constructive purposes. This topic is bringing hatred than serving any good purpose. This is very similar to divide and conquer tactics anti-immigration people use to kill immigration bills. Best way to respond to this topic is NOT to respond.

Topic: Call this number for NC status...

USCIS should include NameCheck status online to avoid huge volume of call. But may be people may start calling to check why it is pending :-)

Topic: Will my EAD renewal touch my 485 by any chance?? thru PPP? :-)

I am also current this month and I got my EAD renewal approval email yesterday. Not sure this trick will work for NSC. May be NSC is still waiting for visa number allocations to happen for indians & chinese who became current this month.
