Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

Hi kamakazee18,
I just got to know about this through a colleague. I have an MS from here, on H1 for 8 years now. My wife is also going to school here and graduating end of this year on H4. My priority date is 2010 and I thought I would get my green card end of this year. She is in Fashion Industry where getting an H1 sponsor is extremely difficult. The drama and inaction on the CIR has been wrecking us emotionally since a year. Being on H1 and having my spouse on H4 for last 5 years has set us back in so many ways. Finally we felt like we had it enough and have made up our minds to move back to India next year if there is no change on the immigration front. I will send you an email by noon today going in detail about our situation.

Appreciate all your efforts.

Thanks
