Topic: EB3 and India: Just A Theory

I have this theory with EB3 India. I cannot trust the USCIS or the State Dept for anything. They publish an imaginary number of people approved under EB3 from India but honestly I do not believe them. If they had any conscience, they would have made changes for hard working people who are here legally.
I think there are some sick people working there and have developed "let's torture the Indians - who are rather benign and really does nothing to change anything anyways and usually are afraid as heck and are divided anyways". I think they are taking the numbers from EB3 (india quota) and allocating them to refugees, political asylum and other loser categories that will eventually bring the US closer to nowhere. The old lawmakers who are Christian right only cares to bring any loser who cries about their religious persecution in their home country. The traditional left only cares about Africans and would like to increase their number via more lottery, refugee, asylum and family sponsorship. Like violence erupts at Congo yesterday. My first thought: EB3 Indians need to wait even longer as our quota will be given to Congonese refugees.
For political correctness they have given out some numbers to Islamic nations.
For show of charity, some wretchedly poor Asian countries get a few loser visas in diversity lottery
Indians either unite and take what is ours or perish.

Topic: Ship is sinking but still obey the rules we made

A famous movie showcased the classic failure of humanity. A giant ship is about to sink in hours and everyone go down with it. The ship guards wants everyone to line up in a single straight line with women and children of upper class first. The bunker class were not permitted upstairs untill the upper class boarded the lifeboats.
USCIS has reached a similar position. They will hold down the EB3 Indians as the base of bunker class at the very bottom till the ship sinks. The economy is eroding, deficit skyrocketing, and everything is heading for bankrupcy sometime in future such as Social Sec, Healthcare and education.
Hope they understand soon that with some education and skill we can make some positive contribution. However, our energies are now tied to get out of that ship's bunker.

Original post from tagline:

God Bless Lou Dobbs
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I listen to Lou Dobbs every night (almost) and often I agree with him. He is a patriot and that's what American needs at this time. I agree with him more often than not. He never came across as anti legal immigration. He is against H1-B visa abuse and also curtailing it down and I have not problems with that. He is anti illiegal immigration and there's nothing wrong with that position. You make mockery of American law and then want to be on path to citizenship- that's not right. I just think Lou was not fully informed of the recapture bill. If he was and read a bit on the plight of EB ctegory people, he would have supported it.
Just my opinion.

If we can all band together, we must go to Washington DC after the election and rally support for our cause. My entire office and my CEO is behind it. He has sent letters to all the Presidents and VP's to ask for support. I urge all EB candidates to rally together for the bill and go to DC in next 45 -90 days.

Topic: Indian EB2, EB3 from Oct VB

Original post from gcyet:

My I140 is approved during Sep 2005. Now it is Sep 2008. This is really bad.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Similar situation, I-140 approved in Sept 2005 and PD Dec 2002. How much longer do you estimate?

My PD Dec, 2002. I started working with my first H1-B in 1998. That's 10 years and counting another 2 years if lucky. The situation is worse beacause USCIS making us wait this long guarnatees everyone has a family and less primary candidates will get the card.
Please do not give up fight. We may have lost several years of our lives already due to anxiety and stress (from H1b to Labor to finding the right job to I-140 to saving every documents to having lived the life of a saint to RFE's to interviews to LUDS to renewing DL, to AP to EAD's to having untarnished employment time line and on and on). Only time can tell what health risks we have taken for all this. Some of us have sacrificed a lot in India to make a better life here in the US with assumption that USA cannot be unfair with it's profoundly strong value in human justice. I got passed for a better job due to not having green card and for sure working for less than I am worth. Most of us are scared and cannot buy property and live a normal life (otherwise we will not be here in Trackitt). The discrimination against EB Indians in particular is in my opinion one of the worst discrimination in the history of this country. No- it's worse than that because hardly any mainstream Americans knows about it or cares. If they did, you would have seen noble prize winning book written on this group of people.
We have heard about the phrase of "life, liberty and pursuit of happiness" as the most fundamental American values. This country has shut the doors on Indians on all aspects of these values.

Topic: HR 5882 Bill to recapture EB visa numbers

As you can see, not many around here give a crap about this. They're more interested in reading threads that have titles such as "I spoke to TSC" and "POJ works". It's kind of pathetic.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I made a similar comment here. Indians amaze me. They have become soo good in waiting as doormat and reason with those that will do everything to keep them there and think really low of them- (reading through so many comments here in trackitt). They have become good at all these useless terms like you refer to (an my favorite "soft LUD" and appears that they want to remain as beetle dump. I have given up on this sea of people that should be far active with a cause.

Topic: illegal to GC in less time than employment based GC process

I am in the same boat brother and a bigger loser because I came legally with student visa a couple years before you "mangy" and stayed here legally for all this time. The American system is a loser defending system in all areas- (education- no child left behind, immigration- employment based catogory with one of the lowest GCs, easy bailout for fiscally irresponsible people- bankrupcy etc.) hence the country is gone right down the tube. If you got courage to do the right thing and have some integrity you lose in this system. However, we came to the country at a time in early 90's when you fell in love with the country. Hard work and integrity still meant something at least in the midwest where I was at.
We are underachievers now but still fighting because it's our life and everything we worked towards.
