Topic: I GOT IT!!! DOBRA'S GOT IT!!!

Juan - my dear friend! How have you been! Thanks for congrats. I am very happy as I was not in the best shape for the last few months....How have you been? I knew that you wanted to leave trackitt for a while, because you were not doing the best yourself this summer, after you had that RFE...I am surprised it takes that long for them to approve you after they received your RFE...have you created your CRIS account yet? Do it, they had issues with their emailing system recently, who knows, maybe you are approved and you don't even know it....Your approval is very close, call them and bug them to approve you since they received your RFE and case processing resumed. I know that I will be congratulating you very shortly. Thanks again buddy and great to hear from you!

Thanks to everybody else who congratulated me...Oh one more thing, a friend who works for a large immigration firm in Florida told me yesterday that USICS apparently wants to get rid of all approvable cases in the shortest amount of time so he says the approval pattern will speed up by alot. This is just what he told me and I am just repeating it to everyone who is waiting.

Take care guys! This is a great site!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for congrats and good wishes! There is hope for all of us !!

cyp23: my case wasn't transferred to local office. It was transferred back to Nebraska after being receipted in California (July/07 fiasco)...so it was never in any local office.
Guys I couldn't fall asleep till 3am last night...I am beat !

Oh well....!

All of you will get your GCs - it's just a matter of time!

Topic: I GOT IT!!! DOBRA'S GOT IT!!!

Friends,
after 6.5 years of waiting I received a CRIS email this afternoon - Approval Notice Sent for my I-485.
I am beside myself from happiness.
I wanted to thank the following people for support and help in those very hard wait times: juanramirez, trackbuzz, zma73 (goblina), bestia, russianninja, (green)goblin, lechonpaksiw, lance, wojciechk, mjakub76, gocha00, lrindy, vptracker, patiphone and everybody who in any way gave me hope and calmed my nerves....I really want to give my thanks to this site - it's been a great source of info and help. It helped me get through this difficult time.
Special hugs for all my fellow countrymen from Poland who are still waiting and for all EB3 category, especially victims of July/07 fiasco.

I am sooooooooo happy!!!! My time has finally come!!!!

Topic: When is USCIS going to start WORKING on our cases?!?!?

Looks like "slow" became "slower"....are the centers working at all? They don't work a day before federal holiday, then holiday, then off a day after, Veterans Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Hannukah, Christmas, New Year....
Get to work f***ing a-holes!!! My case has been pending for almost 500 days. When are those f***kers going to start approving cases that are approvable?

Topic: wow - lots of TX EB3 approvals as of late !!

Yesterday and the day before - Texas: several EB3 ROW approvals, Nebraska: ZERO...
I am disgusted with Nebraska - I want my case to be in Texas!!!
