Topic: October 2008 Visa bulletin EB3 ROW

"Please don't post questions with specific facts about individual cases with requests to know if someone with a priority date of xx/xx/xxxx will be current no later than zz/zz/zzzz. I don't know the answer to those questions. On the macro scale, we seem to be at a point where worldwide EB3 has cleared a hurdle and should start moving forward at a pretty good clip. Just what that will be is anyone's guess. I do think that, absent an unusual surge in PERM filings, we are likely to see WW EB3 become current within the next 15 to 18 calendar months." by Ron Gotcher

My i-140 approval notice was send from uscis to nvc in 13 May 2008.When I called them,they said haven't recived my case.How can we have uscis send the notification to nvc and how long does it take to get there? thanks Your reply.

Topic: interesting PD situation

DOL filed my application for perm.work permit on March 2006. /so my Pd march 2006/ They approved this application.Then ,we sent the i-140 application form to USCIS.They sent it back,because the DOL made an error concering my salary.The DOL corrected this error and approved once again in October 2006. Now my i-140 is approved,USCIS transfered my case to NVC and to my atthorney in which the priority date is October 2006.What can I do in this situation? Thanks for Your respondings.
