1. who gets biometric? is there any criteria or its random? i have i-94 of 9 months back ( i mean biometric done 9 months back)
2. can EAD holder work for 60 after EAD expiration, in case already applied for EAD renewal?

hi,
you can do it yourself. its easy. i did by paper application. fill form i-765, attach clear photocopies. send by fedex. can also do online, people do it very often. do read intructions and mailing address properly, very common mistake! |

hi, i applied my ead on apr 1, 08, recieved notice today.
1. does everybody recieve a biometric notice/ how soon?
2. how long does it take to change notice from pending to approved?
3. how can i ask for expedition?
