Topic: what does that mean?

got email that : On September 10, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Topic: change job while i140 and 485 are pending...

I am planing to change my employer. my i140 and 485 have been pending sice August 2007 and have no idea when they are going to be approved .. I am planing to change my Job. I was told that it is safer to change employer by transfering my h1b since I140 hasn't been approved yet..but what if i just change employer and in case I140 gets denied, i do the transfer at that time since my h1b is gonna be expired in august of 2009, and so if i140 gets denied, i do the H1b transfer...if no, i am just fine with AC21 .. What is your opinion...

Topic: i140 approved after NOID

hey Hesc,
congradulations for your i 140 approval.. I have a question please. when did you do the h1 b transfer, was it before your I 140 approval.. did you invoque AC21... by doing h1b transfer, how would this affect the processing of the I140 and I485...i mean if you do the transfer, then you can continue the green process as usual or do you have to repeat the whole process, ...(NB: my i 140 and 485 have been pending since August 2007 and i am planning to change employer).. thanks ..
