Could you tell me how to fax/contact TSC, I also send leter to senator/FBI Section Cheif/Ombudsman etc. around 2 weks back but so far haven't haerd anything from any office.
Appreciate if you could let me know what else could be done.
I am trying to call TSC using POJ method but last 2-3 calls I made they are not answering any status questin rather telling me to dial different options and speak to customer service that will read out loud whatever is written on the online status page.
Not sure what else I can do as this wait is killing me and much more tougher than wait for BEC.
Not sure what to do, I am sick and tired of waiting , waiting and waiting....
Oh God!! have soe mercy on people like us who have been waiting for long time for this "GC".

I got approved by TSC even though my name check is pending. Last I checked NC on April 22 2008 but IO informed it is pending. So I feel NC pending >180 days memo is working at least at TSC. |
Topic: Current Status: Card production ordered
Finally after more then 5 years my spouse and I got Card production ordered email.
As far as I know, my name check was not clear as per infopass officer. I was suppose to visit Infopass tomorrow but tonight when I opened my email got 2 emails from CRIS for card production ordered, one for me and one for my spouse.
Since April 22 2008, I have been writing,emailing, faxing to congressman/senator/TSC/Ombudsman/VP you name it and I have done it. I seriously started trackitt after April 15th 2008 but I have got all kind of contact from you guys to push my I-485. I feel like it is a pay time for me to every member of the forum. I will try to help as much as I can so feel free to write/ask anything you wish and I will try to help as much as I can.

My PD is march 14th 2003 and RD is June 1st 2007 but stuck in NC and still waiting. I don't know when will they apply 180 day memo to my case.
Have you contacted congressman,opened SR etc or anything special you would like to help old timers?

I think, dates are moving to pickup easy ones and get over with this years quota then rest till quota opens again and repeat the same thing again and again in loop. |
