Obama-Schumer-Linsey CIR Meeting Rescheduled 3:00 P.M. Est Tomorrow, 03/11/2010, this is 3rd postponement with in 4 days, As I told you guys , all this is a Political game ( actually game with our lives). we have to pay as much we can to these politicians!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with you, NO More Dream days, We have to wait years to see small change in immigration process. Congress never do favor to H1B or GC guys, they might be do for Citizen or future citizens to get some favorable votes.
Politician is always politician ( it does not matter he belongs to which country), We are normal Guys and there is no change in our lives .
Just hang-on until you will get day your day.....................

It takes long time if your fate is not good otherwise you will get after 4 year, I have friends who had PD 2001 Dec and 2002 Jan ( 3 guys), Now you can estimate your slef.

My experience says CONGRESS will not touch bill until Job Market will get better and Every analyst says Job Market will get better either end of this year or early next year. CONGRESS just playing game with talks on immigration bill and DON"T EXPECT any optimistic news from Congress. Just try to run wheel with current conditions on Immigration.

My H1B is going to expire shortly and my company is planning for extension of H1B, But I do have EID from last 3 years and still waiting for GC .
My questions Which one of the following option is good for me??
1. Going to H1B extension without using EID
2. Move to EID on ASAP?

Topic: Life in India now and before...
Current Situation in India:
Believe it or not Current situation is far better than 10 years ago ( in all areas and this is my own experience)
Villages:
Communiation: Every one has TV’s, cell phone or land line (200 Rupees for month or only incoming on cell), Most of villages have cable also ( I observed some people have their own dish TV), They are most aware of every thing before us as Sun Raises on east. We will not beat them in this.
Economy: Our Economy is saving based Economy and will not see big fluctuations like western economy. Example : Current recession
Water: Water quality also increased in Metro cities as well as villages , Most of politicians are working on Villages like Andhara Pradesh CM’s. ( Don’t make politics here)
Power : Power quality also increasing a lot across whole country , now they are planning so many Nuclear Enegry power plants in all states ( this is going to be biggest change in the country)
Education: Education cost increase and they won’t care education cost but every one trying to push their kids in their interesting area’s , not like before ( either Eng or Doctor).
Example: I know few people came to here to do their graduation or post graduation in Movie directions, research analysis on different areas.
Banking: Indian Banks are developing randomly.
Corruption: I do see some comments on Indian corruption here, Indians are open guys not like western guys. We always try to blame ourselves , I don’t know either this bad habit comes weather or blood or water , Please don’t blame india about corruption. Corruption is there every where, even in US ( example $65 billion Madoff fraud in a single year and it is equal to our whole India corruption), only difference in corruption is Indian corruption is open corruptions
Life Style: Life Style changed a lot and we will not catch them if we will be 10 more years.
Kids Life:
There is a lot difference between Indian kids growth from USA to INDIA. Now a days we can not bare Doctor education in USA ( too much computation & also too much money compared to India), Based on this some of my friend are going back to India to join their kids in Medicine ( 8 families close to me left USA and joined their kids in Medicine, they also good promotions over there, some of them are VP’s , Senior Manager etc, but they are leads or team member here)
Culture: you will not get this after two life’s if we stay here , our Kids will not know what is the relation,
Real Estate: It is in good state compared to here.
