I agree with Zoy. It would be to complicated for them to remove NC pending cases for total of VB calculation and bring them back after.

C'mon it's fun:

ROW
EB2 - Current
EB3 - 05/01/2003

India
EB2 - U
EB3 - 11/01/2001

Topic: March Bulletin

Any prediction? My guess:
ROW EB3 will advance to May-Nov 2003 year or EB2 retrogress to 2006. Because of the rate of approvals for those two categories.

If EB3 ROW moves , then you may expect EB3 India advances as well.

Topic: EB3 ROW June Filer In Nebraska will start receiving approval

Based on Eb2 ROW approval rate we should have 10% applicants here on trackitt...

But, there are 85 EB3 ROW applications pending with PD before 10/1/2003 and greater 11/1/2002. So basically, if you take in consideration 2% rate to trackit and 3 visas per application the month by month VB movement for EB3 ROW is what you need to cover all applicants.
What I don't understand is EB2 ROW approval rate. That really could mean only two things: that they give visa more aggressively to EB2 and it will become NA in near future or the rate 2% for trackit applications is not accurate and there more us here now that it was 6 month ago....

Based on you calculation and considering that there are 36 approved EB3 ROW cases since Oct 2007:
36 approved cases - assuming 2% in Trackitt: 1,800 approved in total
Each case - 3 visas: 5,400 visas has been used up.

Looking at the tracker you can see that ratio between eb3/eb2 ROW is 1 to 7 approved applications. USCIS just don't have enough eb3 cases to process. Processing dates have been moved from April to July, so I hope we will see a move in VB dates as well. I wish for six month - one year jump for EB3 ROW in March VB.
