Topic: Call/Fax/Email information for ATLANTA

Does anyone know what can I do to get a original Labor Certification approval on a PERM? They mailed me one in NOv 2006. I filed I-140 with USCIS. Now USCIS is telling me that they do not have it! Looks like they missplaced my application....Well, they do not want to take a copy, want the original? Help!
