I think we can live with the error and wait for 120 days limit.

My spouse's DL was revoked while renew due to this issue. I will wait for 3 more months to file instead of spending the money for corrections and have to file for renew anyway.

My spouse got EAD with DOB error and it was our mistake and the expiration date is in 08/2010 for it.

Can I file for new EAD instead of requesting for corrections (which needs a fee).

I have used these pictures for VISA stamping in India couple of months back. Those pictures were sent for the first time to the USCIS. Anyway I have sent the new photos today to USCIS.

Finally I have got the RFE on 2 photos. I have already send the photos. But they asked again. They might have lost probably.

I have e-filed the I131 for the first time for my wife on 07/24/2009 for my spouse. Yesterday I was issued an RFE and do not know the details yet. I have mailed copies of I485, DL and 2 photos. And those are reached on 08/06/2009 to USCIS. What are the possible documents I may have to submit? I got my GC last year.

Any light is appreciated.

I have only paid $305 through e-file

I have visited to local office this morning through infopass. And we were informed that USCIS is no longer following up this 15 months expiration rule. USCIS will send a new FP notice whenever the case is about to finish. This strategy reduces the burdon on FBI security check. And also USCIS started to gather the FP information from other sources such as from consulates while seeking a non-immigrant visas, etc...

Keep AP handy and you can comeback if it is approved by any chance. Or you know 15 or 20 days in advance about the priority dates and can be here by that date.

Do you know the immigration form number to file the amendments on I765?

Thank you soonGC. But the actual problem was started from my end. I filled the wrong date in the application itself. Will USCIS replace the card with corrected information if I submit a corrected application. Should I pay the fee again?
Can I apply for a renewal if I have to pay the fee instead of replacing the card? The actual expiration date on EAD is 08/25/2010.

Your son will be fine with AOS. Only negative side is, he needs a parole to go out of country.

I think it depends on IO. IO agrees to raise SR, when I explain the case situation. Other IO did not agree to raise SR in my previous visit.

Watch for the status tomorrow for the approval email.

My spouse is also in same situation. My (primary) case was approved on 08/15/2008 and spouse case is still pending. I took the infopass yesterday. IO told that she is going to create the SR and it takes 30 days.

We applied together in the same application package. We got the same FP date and LUD was 09/25/2007 on our both cases until mine was approved. But my spouse has still the LUD as last FP date.
