Topic: Employer change on AC21.......?

I moved from a big company to a relatively smaller company in Oct. I did not do any paperwork for notifying uscis abt change in employer. I did not see any LUD change on my I-485, I-140 or even my H1B petition. My current status is EAD. My job is similar to what I doing. So far, no issues.

Topic: Is there any LUD when I-485 gets approval?

Your question does not sound correct. Let me try to explain. LUD stands for "Last Updated date" and it will always be there irrespective of the status of your case. You can not have it blank.

When the status changes (say case is approved) LUD definitely changes and theoretically it should send an email, if you have set up your portfolio correctly.

Sometimes LUD changes even if the status does not change. In this case no email. You will see the LUD change in your portfolio.

So if you are asking if the LUD changes when the status changes, anwser is YES and you should get email too (though people have complained that the email feature is not very reliable. You will never have just email and no change in LUD/Sttaus on portfolio.

Topic: I 485 Denial notice email

sep04, sorry to hear abt your denial. Hopefully with MTR, the problem will be solved.

Was your previous employer a big company or a small one? Just trying to see if most of the companies cancel approved I-140 in situation like yours...

Topic: Change of address question

As you already confirmed, it should come to your new address. If you still want to be on safer side, you can get in touch with the folks staying at your old address or do a address change in post office too. Card comes through normal USPS, though it mentions on the cover "Return Service Requested" or something.

Topic: I-765 Renewal Question

How can they deny a case before (or instead of) giving a receipt number. Are you kidding? Once they receive a petition and after that only they can approve or deny, right?

For all your other questions regarding timelines, you can look at the monthly trend feature present on this website...
