Topic: How long it takes to receive EAD Card after 'Approval Notice Sent'

technically, it means only an approval notice has been sent and the card is yet to be sent for production. However, USCIS is a mess and your card may have been mailed too. The online status doesn't change at times and on time.

Topic: Does USCIS send EAD card via first class?

hey Amit,

there is no different ph# for VSC that I know. one of the options in the national cust service # takes you to VSC cust. service. Its the one when you do not receive a mail for over 30 days. after you hear your case status, you 3 to report a problem and then i think its 1. try it. they get a mad because we are calling before 30 days but I guess that's ok.

Topic: How many days after "Card Mailed"?

well the USCIS says they mailed it to my new address. the post office at the new address says that no mail can be returned so fast. they hold it for a while. USCIS might have sent to to old address in error and they may not have forwarded it. thats my guess. it sucks

Topic: I765 EAD card returned and eplilogue

hey yu1me2b,

seems like you are the one who got this re-mailing thing done fastest. my question is did you do anything else apart from making a request over the phone to resent it i.e. a service request??

thanks

Topic: Does USCIS send EAD card via first class?

VSC customer service said they sent the card to my new address. Is it possible they are wrong? I have not received it at my new address and the post office here says they should be holding any undelivered mails for me for 10 days. But they have no held mails for me. So it seems like it never came to my new address. It was not delivered at my old address either. I need some advice on this from you guys. Where else can I check?

people who commented on this discussion earlier, I would really appreciate if you could post you EAD receipt dates if you have received it. I have been waiting for a week now and I am really worried.

that sounds bad. sorry abt your documents.. unfortunately, I already changed my address. but I did receive a letter from USCIS to my new address stating that they have received my change of address. just hoping for the best.
