Topic: Got the card finally...

Hi All,

I got the card finally. It feels surreal. After waiting for long time, I got frustrated and stopped checking for a while. Got he welcome notice last satruday in mail and received card on 27-May.
It is really long wait. Even though my priority date is 2003, I have been in USA from 1994 and on H-1 from 1998. So, for me, it feels longer. I am sure there are people waiting who have priority dates before me and also there are people who have priority dates after me and got approved. Good luck to all the people waiting.
Thanks a lot to trackitt for helping me getting through this ordeal.

Topic: Got green, some very useful info... EB2-India-PD:04/2003

byerabati,
Do you know anyone from trackitt that has PD after you and got approved? If so, could you please publish the details. I am anxious to know since I saw many approvals close to my PD, but not after my PD.

Topic: Anyone with India EB2 2003 PD

I am there too.. My PD is Nov 2003; EB2. I saw some guys got approved in April with 2003 PDs; thought I have some hope. Now, the hope is fading fast. I like the suggestion from mins1403; we can help NSC or TSC to expedite. After waiting this many years, most of us can carry the immigration lawyer or IO job easily. We dont even need training.

Topic: Case Updates on USCIS site

Are you guys still expecting approvals even after the dates are retrogressed? I am in the same boat, was expecting an approval in last week of nov, didn't come.
Anyway, if they assigned a visa number for us in nov., are they going to approve in dec. when dates are not current? I believe PD has to be current approva; isn't it?

aoswait,
My PD is also 2003. I had an LUD on my approved 140 on 11/25 and an LUD on 485 on 12/8. No status change.
Even if they assign visa number in november, is there any chance of approval since our PD is not current now?

I have one soft LUD on 485 on 12/08. I had a soft LUD on my 2006 approved 140 on 11/25. Nothing changed after that.
Anyway, our PDs will not become current until hell freezes (according to Jan 08 bulletin).

Topic: VISA BULLETIN FOR JANUARY 2008 is out

rsk123,
You are right. I have been here from 1994. I do not think anyone is waiting from 1999 PD except very few unfortunate souls. I followed India EB2 closely, there were two packets. Whoever applied in 1999 and 2000, they all (mostly) got approvals by end of 2000. Whoever had 2001 and 2002 PD, most of them got approvals in 2004.
As far as I know, except rare individuals, no one should be waiting from PD before 01Jan00.
I think 01Jan00 is a date they picked in order not to approve anyone from India EB2.
