Topic: I'm devastated
that is more of an advice.....i should say.... important holidays + new year change....
not to challenge you.... but worry is very usual here..... and ppl have all the right to express .....
i did try to help this guy before, and some other ppl....... i dont' care they are 1 day in the process or 5 yr in the process.....we are all in the same boat......
you wait here for what, 5-6-7 years, you can write 20 pages essay and post here or even publish a book later on ..... i am sure i will read it......
oh, btw, yeah, my english is horrible....totally admit...no doubt about that........definitely should learn from someone like you. ...... i am sure you are great english speaker/ writer...... i believe eng is still 2nd language to you..... oops....i am wrong, sorry, that's my bad. may be you are already so "americanized" that you forget your origin???? |
Topic: I'm devastated
com'on, give this guy, ns521 a break - all he asks is what he can do in his situation....
slowlazygc: u look at yourself. you submit application on 7/27, and get letter on 9/5 (RD 7/30), that is what? 40 days....yes, ns521 is 45 days late and should or should not be worry...but he has all the right to worry. and you can't even blame him - as you are better than him in this specific process - (just receiving the notice letter)
luxveera: you dont even have that info with you.... you may have gotten that notice within 30 days???
come on, this guy just got worry, ok? that is totally normal.......
can anyone here in this forum boldly say that once you file the case, you are not worry at all....??
i start worry even before i give my case to my lawyer........ that's when i start worry........
i know a lot of guys here have been waiting for a long time.....since 01, 02? all i can say is that i feel sorry for you with this slow system - but what can you do? i am sure there are thousands of ppl apply much later than you (probably in early 07) and they got GC already and enjoying the freedom of air/ change jobs, etc.
so, why don't you just keep posting negative comments to those ppl rather than just keep busting ppl who are still in the line??
if you dont have solution,.....then, just shut up.....
ns521 - best is to track fedex package - who and when signs it, contact lawyer see what they can do. just do whatever follow up you need to do now. even constantly contacting the NSC office.....the path is not easy and not the SAME as everyone, but our goal is the same......work has to be done.... |
Topic: Audit Notification
kcjcmc, masingh, badluck123 and any one who got audit:
kcjcmc, thanks for the info. that is very helpful.
masingh and badluck123: my case got audit as well. decent size firm, around 200+ employees, 50+ yrs founded. first time filed for PERM.....got unlucky on the "normal" job...basically USCIS wants more info to prove that more work exp is needed. making all my internal legal ppl jumping ups and downs now....definitely the law firm's fault....
One thing I don't understand is this:
badluck123: did you say that your lawyer said it may take 3 mons to 1.5+ yrs? that seems a bit too long, right? withdraw and refile makes more sense? I am not sure.....
kcjcmd: I don't understand what you mean: "....your chances are still good, however your processing time would not be longer unfortunately..." do you mean the process time will be longer? and what process time is that? i thought the review should be quick? well, that's my best hope...
life just is not as smooth as we all think, it is just a technical default on the rules, and making all of us suffer.....sigh..
anyway, good luck to you all then!!! |
