Topic: RFE for 2006 Tax Returns?

Hey,
I filed mine in August 13, 2007
My employer did not want to give my attorney 2006 tax return and the one they submitted, 2005, had negative income.
My attorney wrote a letter explaining why that happend had that letter signed by my boss and notorized, and got a bank statement from the company that has significant amount in it and copies of my pay stubs by then( it was one more pay check away from the prevailing wage)
Having heard your situation, I am kind of worried because mine also transfered to NE from Texax for some reason. I don't know whether they are going to transfer mine back to original center, TEXAS.
Did you do the same thing in term of submitting documents???
Let's see how things go
Keep me posted!

Topic: any opinion appreciated

As far as I know, they ramdomly pick the cases that they think they need more proof ,or simply purposely to ask so that they can have excuses for the delays. I can say that based on my collegues that had rediculous experiences for RFEs. Why would they ask for college transcripts, or proof of graduation from the college when they are practicing Dentistry as dentist. They went to college and that's why they could go to dental schoolt, and what does their college trascript have to do with being a dentist. It is still not understandible, but if they really needed to request( if they were smart) somthing to make excuses, they should have asked for trancsripts from Dental school, not college. Wouldn't you agree?????
They are just unwise americans who happen to do those important jobs causing lots of waste of our time, money and pain.
