You may want to check with your attorney about I-140 approval. Mine still shows "received and pending" online but was approved long time ago. Att. sent me copy.

It is my turn now to announce the happy news. Finally I got mails – for myself and dependents - “The last processing action taken on your case” Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS Current Status: Card production ordered.

Note: Haven’t got any LUDs before approval. Last LUD is on 01/09

Topic: I am waiting for April 1, - How many are So? - What are the predictions for EB2- India

My PD is Aug 2002. Replied to DB RFE on Dec 26th, had 5 LUDs on mine and dependents until 01/09. Latest LUD on approved I129 in Feb.
I am hoping to get approvals tomorrow. Good Luck to all of us.

I am expecting approvals in April. Got RFE and replied around Dec 26th. got several LUDs until 01/09 on mine and dependent's cases. I140 approved but online status still showing "Case received and pending"
