Topic: Anyone in the Same Boat

Hi,

If you all have applied your AP/EAD along with I-485 through an attorney it is OK but I did apply my EAD/AP my self as my company wants me to be on H1B until GC is approved. May be becasue I live in Texas, I got my EAD in less than 3 months and AP in less than a month time, which is really surprising to me.

If you know this already, please ignore this post if not my advice is is that applying for EAD/AP is not a big deal and one can do by oneself if careful enough. It is really waste of time and money to get EAD/AP done through an attorney.

Thanks,
FP

Topic: AC21 - Small size company

It it is OK to move from a big company to another big company where there is a immigration legal department and they mostly take care of your move. But if you are moving to a small company where there is no immigration legal department, my suggestion is better consult a immigration expert (legal).
