When 485 was applied his 140 was not approved. . which could mean its concurrent. though the dates could be different.

Immigrationwatch.com is a good site and their data can be trusted because they pull it directly from USCIS
I do not think trackitt data can be trusted. I find so many fake profiles here.

How can you say that they get the data from USCIS ? you may be right or wrong i dont know that but looking at the LIN numbers sounds may be right!!!

As usual, this report is blinking back and forth (weird behavior) between June 15 and July 15 reports. Please keep clicking back and forth. People will get to the July 15, 2008 report.
EB 485 processing times:
Nebraska Service Center: 08/10/2007 (It thus appears that July 2007 VB fiasco cases whose priority date will become available in August 2008 are likely to come into the processing queue.)
Texas Service Center: 07/16/2007 (Not much progress for July 2007 VB fiasco cases, but TSC is also likely to process those cases wtih PD of August VB in August 2008.)
I-129:
California Service Center: 05/16/2008, except extension of H-1B 05/01/2008
Vermont Service Center: 04/01/2008 H-1B, except exgtension of H-1B 12/24/2007
I-539:

Here is what you will have to do. Click and open July 15, 2008. Roll up or down to get the Service Center you want to learn about. Then click "Processing Dates." If it shows June 15, 2008 report, move your cursor to "Refresh" botton at the top of your computer (browser) and click a couple of times. VIOLA! You will see July 15, 2008 processing times report. 06/11/2008: Here We Go! USCIS Announces I-140 PPS Services from 06/16/2008, Next Monday
USCIS has announced that they are resuming premium processing services beginning from next Monday only for those who cannot apply for the extension of H-1B unless 104(c) three-year increment extension petition is filed with the approval of the I-140 petition. The starting date is not July 16, but June 16, 2008. For the details, please read the following:
