Topic: What would happen to pending AP when 485 is already approved?

I got my GC two days ago and today got a notice that USCIS ordered card production for my EAD card. So I guess they still approve 131 and 765 applications even thought 485 has been approved.

I am not sure what EB1 category you have. I filed under EB1C and filed non-concurrently with TSC on August 16, 2007--mailed date. I got my card two days ago. I can't predict, but hope you will get yours soon--keep your fingers crossed.

Hi, dallasking

the last time i got soft LUD on I140, was in December 2007, and at that time, my I140 had been approved for over 6 months--the LUD might due to address change I filed on my 485.

Most recent soft LUD was only on 485. I140 status did not change.

haha--thank you! Though I have contributed nothing to the 29th Olympiad, not even my tax money (coz it goes all to uncle SAM), I am pretty impressed with the opening ceremony, the venues and 51 gold medals the Chinese team took. More importantly, I am very pleased to see so many world record reset, and so many small countries were able to have a presence in this game!!! The gold medal won by the Indian business man is a brilliant act! congratulations to you too and I do hope you take pride in this winning.
