well thankyou all with all the answers that you gave me because the problem that i also have is my lawyer is no more working therefore i have to find another lawyer to give me an advice about my case & one more thing that i wanted to add ,they say your ead becomes invalid once your 485 gets denied means i cannot renew my ead any more |

burkino thankyou for your explanation but when i filed perm my lawyer said that i can file perm and keep my priority as of 2001 because i was the beneficiary that is the reason we filed labor on my name. I donot know if the law changed after that.but i am really confused |

my husband had grandfather act & iwasbeneficiary but that case did not go through than i applied in april 12,06as in perm but keeping the priority date as 2001& also got the rfe for priority date of 2001 in I485 this is all about my case my husband & my 485 both got deneid the only question concerning is can i file an appeal if the notice says no |

i received my 485 denail notice saying that In response, you provided a copy of the an ETA 750 for your spouse with no other documentation .IT is noted that the address on this document for your spouse not listed on his G325 also it says the regulation do not provide for an appeal to this decision . does this mean that i can never appeal on this decesion can i file mtr i am sooo much confused that what is going to happen . please help me with your guidence all you who know about this. |
