I think your papers might arrive at the earliest August (most likely) because my employer told me that they expect my papers to arrive arround Sept - Oct this year.

Well I guess that the 30% chance of rejection may come from

1. Fake Credentials.
2. Muliple filer (same company, two or more Filed H1Bs) (not 100% sure)
3. Fraud.
