Topic: Buffalo : Notarized Photocopies
Thank you so much, letstalkgc.
I'm also not sure how different between certify and notarize. I contacted my bank again, and they said they could put certify stamp with signature, but could put notary stamp or the notary expiration date. It sounds it is still better to go to a lawyer or a notary public to get natary stamp since CIC says "send notarized photocopies....." Thank you again! |

I contacted library. They said one of the branch had the notary and he could notarize by free, but except immingration documents.
I also contacted another branch of TD Canada Trust, and the stuff said they couldn't "notarize" but could "certify" by free.
However, notarize and certify are different, right? |

Topic: Buffalo : Notarized Photocopies
When did it change that all documents which we send to Buffalo Visa Office must be notarized photocopies?
I started to gather my documents on Oct,2007 and at that time Checklist said "Send photocopies of all documents.....".
Now I finished to gather my documents and re-downloaded Checklist.
Then I found that it has changed to "Send notarized photocopies of all documents.....".
I contacted some lowyers and Notary Publics, and I found I have to pay around $300 for that.
I should have applied much earlier.... |
