I do not know if Uscis will issue you an ead while your current ead is still valid ,
I am 100 percent sure that once they cancel the employment based ead you will not be able to work
To be able to work again , you will need a new ead and that will come from your family based filing , to be able to travel you will need a fresh AP | | | |

If they have revoked the 140 , you are good , your employment based EAD is no longer Valid and it will be cancelled , all immigration documents related to your 140 case will be cancelled and thats why you got the intent to deny letters for your ead and ap and 485 which were based on your 140
what you need to do now is apply for a fresh ead and a fresh ap based on your 130 filing and you will be good to go | | | |

you should ask your company to withdraw the employment case and file an EAD with your marriage based case , i presume that when you filed your marriage based case you mentioned your A number which you got as a result of your 140 application | | | |

I dont think so you need to invoke ac21 , since you have filed a marriage based application , filing ac21 will mean that you still want to take advantage of the 140 as an employment based case , this will complicate your case and cause a lot of delay in adjudication.. because you can only have ONE and only ONE alien registration number , be careful about this fact ...i have been a victim of this so I am not just talking in the air | | | |

One of my very close friends had a similar problem , his wife's conditional card expired back in October and they forgot to renew , so Immigration sent them a letter about deportation and all , but he filed the 751 removal of conditions application , along with proof of relationship like lease , heath cards , notarised afffidavits from friends ( i gave an affidavit) that their marriage is good and a letetr apologising for the fact that they forgot to file at the proper time
last week he got the extension letter for his wife , uscis extended his wife's GC for a year , hope this helps | | | |
