First of all you have to confirm if your 140 is approved or pending
if it is approved and if it has been more than 180 days you filed your 485 , invoke Ac-21 and try to find a job
you should request your company to keep ur process alive and answer RFE's if any
if you do not get a job , it may affect your 485
you can keep renewing your ead , till the time your 485 is pending , if 485 is denied , then all other subsequent applications will be cancelled
No need for AP , since a valid Visa is stamped |

there is nothing to be petrified off so relax , and no one will put you in jail , you are well in status , the only thing you shud concentrate on is to collect enough evidence , photographs , bills , paperwork at the interview |
