Topic: My story could you help with some questions?

hi last friday i made and infopass in September 2nd.

on Agust 30 i recevie and email saying:

On August 30, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

then i went to the infopass appointment with my wife on September 2nd and it was a great experience.

first i was waiting with may wufe and may b aby girl (3 months) and one of the immigration officers call my wife and told her he was going to help us. we had the number 187 but 30 minuts later they were in 160 so it had seen like we were going to spend a lot time until this guy call us.

then they help us with all the questions about my case and my wife. first of all he review all my cases (i131 was already aproved, I765 he said was aproved and he said in I485 everything going fine. they receive in july 22 the fingerprints that i took in july 3rd.

then he review the cases of my wife and we ask wy mi wife didnt receive the FP notice. and he said was mailed in march 24 but we didn't recieve anything.

then he said ok we are going to take the FP now. and he took to another window and there the took my wife FP.

he said everything is fine.

YESTERDAY I SAW 3 UPDATEDS IN MY WIFE i485 AND i765 AND ALSO IN MY i765 AND RECEIVED a new email saiyng:

On September 2, 2008, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

i thing everthing looks normal. but is normal that i receveid to emails about the same thing?

and also how many time i have to wait to received the card in my box? and then how can i use to star working with my Sponsor? i need a social

please give me advise

Topic: HELP ADVISE 485 - 765 -140 dependents

i'm EB2 we have more than 100 days waiting for EAD on june 19th i call USCIS about my I765 and they sent a claim to TSC, then on june 20 i saw a soft lud in my I140. and two weeks later i receive the appointment notice to take FP. i did on july 3.

anyone can tell me what happens with my dependents (wife and son) when thy receive the appointment for the FP? and also is ok if i call again to USCIS to ask abount my EAD? or wait fot that.

and also i have a question.

if i called for my I765 but they madea soft Lud in my I140 and then i receive the appointment notice for mi I485 it;s probalbly means that they would have been processing my case in the Plus pilot program?

thanks for your comments.
