I just read from www.oh-law.com
If the receipt date shown on your receipt notice is prior to the processing date shown, people may call 800 number. There have been some incidents that 800 number customer services refused to process the telephonical inquiries based on their understanding of the practice that people should wait for 30 days or 45 days from the posted date, but their refusal is wrong. In fact, the people who will make a call are more than 45 days behind of the actual processing time report date. |

My Receipt date is JUL 2ND 2007
Notice date is AUG 10th 2007 ( According to online status)
On August 10, 2007, we received this I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER
1. Am i eligible to open SR in 140 (EB3) - NSC
2. what is best approach to open SR & get response (myself OR thru my company attorney)

shiva, Your words come true man !!!!!! I already got 2 year EAD approval. I thought NSC will process my I-140 only when my visa date is become current. |

Relax first, Don't get too exicted abt the processing dates. Wait for few more months to make sure it is real date.
Because they moved 5 months(EB3) from NOV06 - APR07 in JAN'08 processing report,
And changed 4 months backwards from APR07 to JAN 07 in FEB '08 processing report. |

They will not process any I-140 till end this year,
After that they will transfer all cases to New BACKLOG centers and then ask us to upgrade to PP service. collect more money , then they will approve it by end of next year. |

12-02 will be current in 2010 or my be after if they process in this speed.
