Topic: Processing time b/n EB2 and EB3

Will there be any difference in processing times for I140 between EB2 and EB3. I thought I140 processing is independed of category you are in but I think I am wrong as many EB2's got approved after me.

Why are you in danger of going back to your own contry?
The subject you put in this letter has to be very soffisticated. Let's not forget that we are not in our mother land and we are urging (not demanding) some other country official to grant us permission to stay and work in their country to better our lives and help them in turn.
I would suggest drafting a good memorandum by an attorney and passing it as many of us as possible.
