well..looks like my EAD renewal is approved in less than a month..LOL..
First It was CPO on Nov 7th..
then it changed to this
On November 10, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice
I wish 485 gets approved this way :-) |

I sent my EAD renewal to TSC and it was received by 10/21/2008.
In general how many days it takes for them to encash the check and send reciept??
I know I am not expecting anyuthing soon, but just wanted to get a feel of it.

I didnt knew that I should apply at NBC..because my app was moved from NBC to tampa field office in aug 08.
so not sure, I just sent it to TSC.

I am afraid this address is wrong. I was about to send it to the above address, this address is also mentioned on the receipt notice on my prev. EAD filing, but then I read the instructions on the form and it had a different address. The above address is printed on the receipt date but I do not think you can send forms there? Correct me if I am wrong.

I sent my application for EAD renewal.
My previous EAD was issued by TSC and 485 was filed there..
So I sent the renewal application to

I sent it by USPS 2-day delivery.
When I tracked the status on USPS shows,
We attempted to deliver your item at 11:09 AM on October 20, 2008 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. You may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice, call the Post Office to arrange for redelivery, or click here for redelivery options. If this item is unclaimed after five business days then it will be returned to sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

Correspondence regarding your application for AOS !-485 was sent to the NBC. The system shows that you had biometrics taken at a local ASC within the jurisdiction of your local district office:however the application is awaiting an interview. Your local district office will contact you once they are able to schedule the appointment. Should you not be contacted by your local district office within 90 days of this notice, please call the Natl customer service.

anybody else has rec'vd similar communication?
Do i need to go down to my local office in Atlanta to see if I can froce them or atleast nudge them to let them know that this is pending?
