Topic: When you e-file AP which USCIS Service Center it may go?

1) Automatically assigned by USCIS site
2) It is stated in your receipt provided by the USCIS site at completion of e-filing.

Topic: Bad experience at Dulles airport - Opinions please!!

i consider pleasure a completely legitimate reason for travel.

I'd rather not request an AP based on tourism traveling needs.

Dont worry. Just file a new AP saying you lost this one.

Maybe you can request a new copy of current one. Just say that it got ruined by the neighbor's dog :-)

Thank you for your response! Does your AP actually state that it can be used for visiting family in home country and for business trips in writing because mine does not. I thought the USCIS issued one AP document for a pending I-485 application. This entire process seems so convoluted.

I've just taken a look on my AP (I have its scanned image) and words seem to be the same for each and every one of them although whenever filing for AP you state that it will be used for family visiting and business trips.

I don't have my AP here with me at work however I clearly remember that justifying reasons can be family visiting in home country and business trips.

Topic: How soon can I renew my AP

120 days prior to current AP's expiration date. Yes you can apply yourself either online or paper based.

Topic: Coming back to US from Aruba

This is just to share my recent experience when coming back to US from Aruba using AP.
I wasn't aware that immigration/customs are done in Aruba before boarding the plane. When I got in the line and saw the CBP officers I said to myself "here we go, I'm in troubles now". After being called I presented my passport and AP. Besides the rant about my passport not having bar code, officer kept my passport and AP then asked me to wait and find a seat in a row of chairs right behind the counters. I guess I was the only one in that plane in AP situation. After waiting for 10 minutes another officer came out of CBP office's door nearby and asked me if I had filled out a I-94. I said no one had given me one. He then left and came back with one for me. He left and came back again in 10 minutes to collect it. Another 10 minutes he comes back with my passport, AP stamped and I-94 stamped and left without saying a word. I boarded the plane and there I went back home in NJ. It was the first time that I've arrived in US by just walking out of the plane straight to the baggage claim area. It was an interesting experience that I just wanted to share with trackitters.

Is this compulsory to apply 120 days before current one expire ?

I wanted to wait until June 30th to apply EAD to get 2 yrs but if i apply i won't have 120 days gap.
Is 120 days gap compulsory ?

No. 120 days is the earliest you can file for EAD renewal.
