you bought a house 2 years ago....we are talking about PRESENT and future not past.
2 years ago the market was not that bad and then subprime failures and all that shit happened to start,
only a fool would buy a house this time...its better to do some reserach there are pretty good websites which tell you about your neighbourhood market value of houses and you could see dozens of them still sitting there waiting to get bought by any buyer...but that aint gonna happen...cuz no one is interested to invest... |

not wise to buy house at this time.
values went down 20% in 2008 and same will happen in 2009, it will go down.
let the market get better , when there is uptrend then jump in and buy a house ..
its true today is a buyers market and some tax rebate for first time home buyers, but think about it, who would invest in something wose value is depreiating every day...its like a falling knife, you try to catch it and you hurt yourself.

You stole the labor from a body shopper and then getting GC after 6 years -- the distress and pain you suffered during those 6 years, has badly affected your mental capability to ascertain things, But I feel you...
I would recommend you to use a book "How to use a Greencard", this has been especially written for the body shopper GC holders who stole the labor and dnt know jack shit about using their PR. I am sure you will always be a slave for desi employers and getting GC would not benefit you in any ways.
